Admission / discharge confirmation Confirms the dates of an inpatient stay. 3,000

· Certificates require the patient's request and identity verification; some may need a short review by the doctor.
· This is a summary for international patients. Korea's Medical Service Act (Art. 45-2) requires clinics to publish a full certificate-fee schedule — that authoritative list (including Korea-specific documents such as military-service and injury certificates) is on the Korean site.
